You are responsible for bringing the hydro to the house, our electrician hooks up your new home right to the meter base. You are responsible for bringing the water supply and sewer/septic lines into the basement ready for our plumber to hook in to.
Yes, we include a High Efficiency gas or propane forced air furnace complete with H.R.V. (Heat Recovery Ventilation System).

When you are comfortable with the design and pricing of your new home, a $15,000.00 deposit is required. A second deposit is due once you have chosen your finishes and finalized the plans, and the balance is due on delivery.

All Royal homes are covered by a 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties provided on products such as shingles, fixtures and floor coverings are assigned to the homeowner. Royal Homes warranty includes ten years of protection against major structural failure, limited protection for electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems, and a comprehensive one-year warranty on all factory work.
