Custom Build
Every Home we build is personally designed for you with you. Our designer will work with you to design your home to meet your wants, needs and budget.

You know where we are on Hwy 11 Just north of Barrie. For over 32 years on this stretch of highway makes us conveniently located to build on the cottage lot in Muskoka, on the shores of Georgian Bay, or your home in Southern Ontario and anywhere in between. With three model homes on site you can walk through and enjoy our relaxing atmosphere.
Energy Efficient
All modular home construction happens indoors and in a controlled environment. As a result of the strict guidelines and construction procedures, your modular home will be much more energy-efficient compared to a traditional home. Your airtight home will have lower heating and cooling costs throughout the seasons.
Warranty
All Royal homes are covered by a 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties provided on products such as shingles, fixtures and floor coverings are assigned to the homeowner. Royal Homes warranty includes ten years of protection against major structural failure, limited protection for electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems, and a comprehensive one-year warranty on all factory work.
